Hampton Inn Grand Rapids/North - Walker

The breakfast was fabulous according to my spouse. I loved the nest of young Robins just outside our window. Watching the parents feeding the brood from above the nest as we did was outstanding, a rare treat for a birdwatcher. And the staff was great. We would stay again.

The hotel of choice in Grand Rapids. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Early check-in, efficient check-out. The pool area was nice too. A particularly good and decent location close to a movie theater and restaurants. Nearby Logan's Road House - great place to chill out.

The sofa sleep was uncomfortable and the breakfast eggs and sausage tasted fake.

I recently stayed at this place for a few nights and loved the breakfast options, especially the daily eggs and sausage! The room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. I'd definitely stay here again!

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite, and did a really good job.

WiFi never worked!! Very frustrating. Phone in room also did not work.

Easy to find from the highway late at night--GPS was absolutely correct. Friendly staff at check in/out. Good breakfast!

Shower door off rail. Calcium build up on shower glass and mildew on corners. Small shower for such an expensive room. Loose tile next to the spa bathtub. Tile would rock when stepped on. Weird placement of cups/ice bucket in room (bottom shelf of bedside table) didn't find it until the next day--used coffee cups and had no ice.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast choices were great!

Wifi was not working the whole visit, some problem with a cable. Bed was actually a little hard and could have used extra pillows in the room we had for the pull out couch sleeper. Price was a little high I thought for the area.

The room was clean, the hotel in general was very clean. I liked that the pool was open till 11 at night. Nice for late night swims.

The breakfast could have had more variety. Lack of bacon and eggs was dissaponting.

Cozy room very big. And nice relaxing tub.

The king suite was amazing! The facility was clean and the pool was great!!

Our room was by the staircase and you could hear the door closing all night and people coming in and out

Without any warning, the water was shut off for maintenance. I was in the middle of a shower and the water was turned off. Not very happy about that.
